You and TopHairWigs.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and TopHairWigs.com. Any attempt to modify, alter, supplement or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and are null and void. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. TopHairWigs.com is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from TopHairWigs.com you are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to acts out of our control, unless the fault is of TopHairWigs.com.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into Tennessee.
Customs and Duty Tax
International customers (outside of US and military installation customers) usually pay a customs fee or/and duty tax . This amount is calculated proportional to your order amount. For more information about duty tax or customs fee contact us or your customs office.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from tophairwigs for any reason, please return the unused item for a refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
Any item in original condition that is returned within 14 days after delivery: Shipping Charge is not refundable
Any item in original condition that is returned between 15 days and 30 days: 20% restocking fee
Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: No returns are accepted
Any item has obvious signs of use and returned: NO REFUND!
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: NO REFUND! If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact the manufacturer!
•All of our products are carefully and fully inspected prior to shipping. However, if you find your item is defective, please contact us and we will send you the manufacturer's warranty information.
•Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.
•The return item must be in the same condition as the customer received it, or we will refuse or send the package back to you with additional shipping charge.
•If the original order qualified for free shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.
•Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.
•Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged.
•International or military installation (APO, FPO, MPO) returns, it must be made within 20 days from delivery date. You will be responsible for additional charges (handling, customs etc).
•Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender) / Unclaimed. If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of reshipping.
•Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
•Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.
•ALL Cosmetics are Final Sale.
•Any product that is used, tried on, damaged by customers, missing pieces, missing packaging materials, trimmed, cut, odor on product and styling product residues found on merchandise.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for by the services provided by Fedex and USPS and will not be refunded to you unless it was TopHairWigs.com error.
Almost all orders are processed and shipped out within the same day if the order was received before 12 P.M. CST. Orders are not shipped out on Sundays and will resume the following business day.
TopHairWigs.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email account once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO and international is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status by logging in to your TopHairWigs account on our Web site.
Risk of Loss
TopHairWigs.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the customer shipping address and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. TopHairWigs.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but we under no circumstances will be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control.
