Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product ordered from www.TopHairWigs.com, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and TopHairWigs.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and TopHairWigs.com. Any attempt to modify, alter, supplement or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and are null and void. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from TopHairWigs.com.
Shipping Methods
USPS Priority: 1~5 Business Days
Shipments containing flammable or aerosol materials will be shipped via USPS Ground and will take approximately 1~5 Business Days
Fedex Ground: 1 ~ 5 Business Days
Fedex 2 Day Express (Order before 10AM): 2 Business Days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days)
Fedex Next Day Express(Order before 10AM): Overnight Shipping (Business days only)
Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Island cannot be guaranteed.
TopHairWigs.com is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from TopHairWigs.com you are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to acts out of our control, unless the fault is of TopHairWigs.com.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into Tennessee.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from tophairwigs for any reason, please return the unused item for a refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
•All of our products are carefully and fully inspected prior to shipping. However, if you find your item is defective, please contact us within 45 days and we will send you a return label for an exchange or refund.
•Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged, unless it is defective.
•Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged.
•Refunds will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued back to the original form of payment which they were originally charged.
•Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender) / Unclaimed. If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of reshipping.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for by the services provided by Fedex and USPS and will not be refunded to you unless it was TopHairWigs.com error.
Processing Time
Almost all orders are processed and shipped out within the same day if the order was received before 10 A.M. CST. Orders will not shipped out on Saturdays + Sundays and will resume the following business day.
Order Status
TopHairWigs.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email account once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status by logging in to your TopHairWigs account on our Web site.
Privacy policy
TopHairWigs.com respects your privacy. We will never under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except for transactional purposes of shipping your package (Fedex,USPS). All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from TopHairWigs.com are pertaining to your order purchase.
Risk of Loss
TopHairWigs.com will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the customer shipping address and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. TopHairWigs.com will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but we under no circumstances will be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control.
