Shipping Methods

Fedex Ground: 1 ~ 5 Business Days

Fedex 2 Day Express: 2 Business Days

Fedex Next Day Express: Overnight Shipping

All International and APO/FPO orders ship out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 2 to 10 Business days.

Wrong Item

If you received a wrong item (item, color, length) please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item(s) for us to investigate the matter. We will verify with your picture that you received the wrong item and we will e-mail or fax you a pre-paid Fedex return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. However, if you can't drop the item at a Fedex store or USPS driver or if you are located in a military installation or international country we will ask you to mail the item back to us via USPS Priority mail and include the receipt inside the box for us to refund the shipping charges back to you.

1. We will ship out the correct item once we verify that you have mailed out the incorrect item back to us.

2. If you want a refund instead we will issue a refund once we receive the item and inspect the item for damages and alterations.

3. If we don't receive the wrong item within 30 calendar days of you contacting us we will void out the Fedex return label.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into Tennessee.

Customs and Duty Tax

International customers (outside of US and military installation customers) usually pay a customs fee or/and duty tax . This amount is calculated proportional to your order amount. For more information about duty tax or customs fee contact us or your customs office.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 45 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. A restocking fee up to 15% may apply. Items purchased must be in original factory condition with tags attached and item unaltered. Customers must also pay shipping costs to ship out the exchanged product. Please use our Customer Service form for assistance.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for by the services provided by Fedex and USPS and will not be refunded to you unless it was error.

Processing Time

Almost all orders are processed and shipped out within the same day if the order was received before 12 P.M. CST. Orders are not shipped out on Sundays and will resume the following business day.

Order Status will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your registered email account once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO and international is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status by logging in to your TopHairWigs account on our Web site.

Privacy respects your privacy. We will never under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy (Fedex,USPS). All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from are pertaining to your order purchase.

Risk of Loss will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the customer shipping address and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but we under no circumstances will be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control.
